What Fretly is

Fretly is a fretboard explorer for guitarists. It lets you visualise scales and chords on a fretboard, build custom boards, save collections and export clean printable diagrams.

Who built it

Fretly is currently being developed by DrFretboard as a private beta. More details will be added here soon.

Why a new fretboard tool?

Existing tools are either too casual for teachers or too rigid for practice. Fretly aims to sit in the middle: precise enough to teach from, fast enough to noodle on.

Roadmap

Public roadmap items are tracked in our Documents folder. The most active work right now is the chart editor and the upcoming database migration.
